1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UserReel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
UserReel is an AI-powered platform that lets you generate short-form marketing videos from a selfie photo and a text script. The Service integrates with third-party AI providers (including Replicate and OpenAI) to process your requests. Features and availability may change over time.
3. Account Registration
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may only maintain one account per person. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.
4. Subscription & Payment
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All plans include a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) distribute spam or unsolicited messages; (d) upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service; or (e) violate any applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, scripts). By using the Service, you grant UserReel a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the Service to you. UGC Video retains all rights to the platform, software, and generated output technology. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform itself.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated videos will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected — always review generated content before publication.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UserReel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to UserReel in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
